The EB Cometh!

Yes, the Easter Bunny came this year! Here is a lovely flower arrangement from Gma Kate! (Thank you very much!) We first colored eggs...
on our beautiful kitchen floor (a couple days ahead of time - I do make a mean egg salad sandwich, yum!)...

Fun had by all! (No spills to worry about!)

Easter morning brought us a note on the front door left by the EB! Lukas is carefully reading what to do to find eggs and his basket!

(notes below - funny the EB has the same font that mommy likes to use all the time??)

And the hunt for purple eggs (Emma) and blue eggs (Luke) begins... this one below was a hard one. Emma needed help finding it!

Woohoo! A hidden note in one of the eggs reveals clues as to where the Easter basket lies in wait...

Emma indeed found her basket and the snorkel, fins and mask that came with it!

Luke did too!

Cute (and happy) kids on an Easter morning! The bath a couple nights later with our swim gear was exciting and minimal amounts of water was swallowed. The one thing I can't figure out is after all the hubbub with our new swim gear, how did we forget to take it to the beach?? (Photos coming soon of that adventure!)

I wonder what the Easter Bunny will do next year??
