Oh happy day... we are back in action! Here is a photo of our favorite dinner! Breakfast for dinner of course! I always try to arrange it in a funny face of sorts! Maybe we will have this for dinner tonight! (Oh wait - I actually need to have countertops and a working kitchen to cook!) Yes, Auntie Stacy that is melon and pineapple next to the bacon!
