To Top It All Off

Emma got a bee sting today!

She stepped on the bee as we were cleaning up the yard for the day...

and some of you know that yesterday she ran into some Stinging Nettles!  

Our field trip yesterday was on a Wilmington and Western train!

We had a wonderful picnic down by the pond. 

 Just as Emma hit the Stinging Nettles!!!  Look at her poor face!

 All slathered with soothing gel!

In any case, it was a nice little afternoon activity! 

Considering our history on trains though (Phil and I and now, Little Miss E), maybe we shouldn't make train-going a priority!  (Phil = cinder in eye/stealing objects and Me = locked in a bathroom and not able to get out).
